Many Feathers is run by a Board of Directors as a guide for the organizations' mission and goals, with separate committees within. The management team works horizontally together to achieve project outcomes and goals. The organization consists of part-time/contract workers and volunteers and is working to grow into an organization with full-time employees, part-time staff, and volunteers. Many Feathers is a co-op, meaning our members fund the company and therefore have voting rights.

Alex is often the first person visitors see at the Many Feathers Market. He makes community engagement a priority, and works to connect us to local organizations that share our values. He loves Toronto FC, and is an avid local explorer!

Resident Simpsons expert and penny pincher, Kevin is responsible for ensuring all our big dreams are feasible. Kevin's vast expertise of finance and food make him an asset to the Many Feathers team.
Board of Directors (Secretary)
Sarah is one of the founding members of Many Feathers. She contributes her expertise of Public Administration to help make major decisions on the Board of Directors. She also helps us with minor decisions like snacks for meetings.

Nicole is a dedicated team member who has to look over all of our typos, and ensures that all our documents are up to standards. Her social sciences background, and experience in the non-profit industry is a great addition to the Many Feathers team.
Operations Director | Market Manager | Community Garden
Sam is a key player in all of our projects. Thanks to her expertise in event planning, and administration Many Feathers is able to flawlessly execute our community projects. She also loves hiking into the unknown, and her cat, Boots!
Marketing Director | Community Garden Coordinator
Maleeha has a background in business, and a love of gardening. In addition to her roles in marketing and strategic planning for Many Feathers she is also the resident #photographer and can be found at all events photographing cute dogs!
Social Media Intern
Resident Video Wiz, Erica is currently interning with us to expand her social media expertise. She is responsible for managing our twitter account, and working on social media promotional videos & campaigns.
Jessica Akiwi, like the fruit! She is an avid adventurer, nature enthusiast, and passionate about Local Food Accessibility. With a background in Environmental Studies and the Social Economy as well as an Organic Produce Farmers Market retailer for the past summers, she is now taking on the entire market.
Programs Developer | Community Garden
From humble beginnings as a garden volunteer, Rachel has developed a donation program for the Many Feathers Garden to contribute to. Her background in non-profit work & passion for food accessibility fits perfectly with the Many Feathers team.
Jenna is our Event Volunteer extraordinaire - from researching the fine details of event planning, to waking up early Sunday mornings to get our market set up before heading off to school, Jenna's commitment to giving back to her community, and her experience with food security from her time at university in Nova Scotia, makes her an excellent asset to the Many Feathers Team.
With a background in Environmental Science, and a passion for all things local Anika creates campaigns and programming to engage our community. In her free time she loves chasing waterfalls, and spending quiet moments on the waterfront.
